Star Trek SDCC19 – Enter The Picard Exhibit

One of the main attractions for CBS this year at SDCC has been the “Jean-Luc Picard: The First Duty” Exhibit located Michael J Wolf Fine Arts, 363 Fifth Ave.

Fans lined up to get a glimpse of what the exhibit had in store for them and they were not disappointed.

Inside the exhibit, fans were treated to a vast array of memorabilia from Picard’s early Academy days right through to post Nemesis.

As you walk in the main thing that catches your eye is Picard’s words to Wesley Crusher during the incident at Starfleet academy during The Next Generations fifth season.

Scattered around are various callbacks to the history of this iconic character, from key props used in TNG to the uniforms Picard has worn during the history of the show, this exhibit is really a masterpiece of not only history of Star Trek: The Next Generation but beyond.

Some of the most notable items on display are the various awards Picard earned during his time in Starfleet, his Ressikan flute and of course no display would be complete without…

Patrick Stewart and the cast of Star Trek: Picard are set to appear at the Star Trek: Universe panel this weekend at Comic-Con where we are likely to find out a lot more about the new series.
