Discovery S3 – EP3 – The Crew Make It Home – The People Of Earth – Photos, Synopsis & More

Hot on the heels of last weeks outstanding episode which aw the crew of Discovery finally make it to the 32nd century, this week we pick up where we left off with Michael Burnham (Sonequa Martin-Green) finally joining up with her crewmates.

In episode one “That Hope is You Pt1” we saw Burnham separated from the Discovery and land in the year 3188 all alone she found out the fate of Starfleet and met season 3 newcomer Cleveland ‘Book’ Booker (David Ajala), in episode 2 “Far From Home” the crew joined her in the future but not together, in fact, they landed a full year later in the year 3189, separated from all they knew the crew ventured out to find a component they needed to repair their comms array. After running into some trouble with Zareh (Jake Webber) they managed to obtain what they needed and headed back to the Discovery, However, not everything went according to plan.

In the last moments of episode 2 the ship found itself engulphed in “Parasitic Ice” and was fighting to stop the ship being overrun and crushed, just when it looked like they would not escape they were tractored to safety by none other than Burnham.

So this week we pick up where we left off, after a year separated the crew reunite and head home to earth.
