After last weeks time-shattering episode where the crew found themselves stuck in alternate time frames, episode 9 of prodigy marks the penultimate episode of this seasons first 10 episode arc.
This week, rather than heading further into the Gamma Quadrant, the crew find themselves heading back to where their adventure began… Tars Lamora…
The two-part mid-season finale is directed by executive producer and creative lead Ben Hibon and written by the complete season one writers’ room (Kevin & Dan Hageman, Julie Benson, Shawna Benson, Lisa Schultz Boyd, Nikhil S. Jayaram, Diandra Pendleton-Thompson, Cha Quandt, and Aaron J. Waltke).
After A Moral Star, Pt 2, Star Trek: Prodigy goes on a hiatus until later in the year when we will join the crew of the protostar on their next 10 episode arc of the season.

Star Trek: Prodigy returns on Thursday, on Paramount+ in the United States, Australia, Latin America, and the Nordics, as well as on CTV Sci-Fi Channel in Canada. Prodigy will It will debut later in 2022 in parts of Europe with the launch of the Paramount+.
