With Prodigy heading back on hiatus until later in the year and after a lengthy six weeks break the crew of the USS Discovery return with episode 8 of season 4 titled “All In”.
When we left our Disco family, Captain Saru (Doug Jones) had returned from his time away on Kaminar, Lt Tilly (Mary Wiseman) was off at the Academy, Gray (Ian Alexander) had gained a new body and was homeward bound to Trill.
Picking off where we left off, Cleveland Booker (David Ajala) and Ruon Tarka (Shawn Doyle) were not satisfied with how the vote went, have taken it upon themselves to destroy the DMA by stealing Starfleet’s new prototype spore drive.
Captain Burnham (Sonequa Martin-Green) and the Discovery crew have now been tasked with bringing in the rouge pair before they can act against the DMA and race 10c.
Heading to one of her old haunts from her year spent as a courier, Burnham must now stop at nothing to track down the renegade pair.
