Preview – Star Trek: Discovery “Stormy Weather” Synopsis & More!

After last weeks rollercoaster ride, the truth is finally known, the mysterious DMA is NOT! a natural phenomenon and was created, but by who? Designated as race 10c whoever created it is more advanced than anything we have seen on screen before.

In a briefing with Admiral Vance (Oded Fehr), we find out that the DMA was not created by, the “surviving members” of the Iconian Empire (TNG “Contagion“), the Metrons (TOS “Arena”), or the Nacene (Voyager “Caretaker“) and even the Vaunted Q have not been heard from in 600 years, with all these races out of the running… Exactly who created the DMA remains a mystery.

This week as we head in the midpoint of the fourth season of Discovery, the crew embark on a dangerous mission. Seeking answers, the U.S.S. Discovery ventures into a subspace rift created by the DMA.
